PUBLIC MEMORY creates music from corners of the psychic landscape. Gritty atmospherics and damaged synthesizers invoke trip hop, dub, krautrock, and blend with a mixture of electronic and organic percussion, shadowy production + emotive singing.
BLACK TAFFY is a Dallas based composer and performer currently focused on pairing classical, new age and ambient music with large bass and percussion à la musique concrete. His works have received acclaim from NPR, Pitchfork, BBC, Bandcamp and Resident Advisor. He is signed to Leaving Records and is also a chess bum.
